ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT STAYING AT THE CONDOMINIUMS:

  1. Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is 10:00am.
  2. Daily maid service is NOT provided. There is a washer and dryer in your unit, and you’ll will have to wash them as you need it, but NOT for check-out.
  3. The motel office is open daily from 8am to 8pm; if you have any questions or concerns, please call the office during these hours. For LOCKOUTS and EMERGENCIES only, refer to the number listed beside the Motel office door.
  4. Beach service is available for an additional fee from 9am to 5pm. Please see the attendant on the beach.
  5. Place the parking pass on the dashboard of your vehicle; additional parking is located across the street in our overflow parking lot.
  6. Guests who are staying in an upstairs unit, we ask to please be mindful of the guests who are staying downstairs.
  7. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL OF OUR ROOMS, OUTSIDE PORCHES AND BALCONIES. There is only smoking allowed in the parking lot. VIOLATORS ARE SUBJECT TO A $250 FINE.
  8. Rooms include 1 coffee packet, additional coffee is available for purchase in the Motel office for .75 cents during office hours.
  9. NO TENTS OR CANOPIES are permitted on the beach.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:

  1. Wash all dishes you have used.
  2. Take all trash out to the dumpsters.
  3. Return keys into the front desk upon departure. Should you check out prior to 8am, please place the keys in the wooden blue box outside the office door.
