In the morning, the black, star studded blanket of night, slowly turns a stunning shade of purple as the sun begins to peek up from the glittering waters of the Gulf.

INGREDIENTS:

• 8 large ruby red grapefruits
• 1 bottle of prosecco, chilled

DIRECTIONS:

We used prosecco here, but feel free to use your favorite sparkling wine or champagne.

1. Juice the grapefruits and pour into a large pitcher.
2. Top with one-third to half the bottle of prosecco and save the rest for later.
3. Drink up and enjoy the show.
