“A Dickens Christmas”

Christmas carols, holiday lights, hot chocolate and Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol” are a few things that come to your mind during the holidays and at Christmas time. The Emerald Coast Theatre Company is making a new holiday tradition in the gorgeous city of Destin with their original performance of Dickens’ beloved classic play called “A Dickens Christmas.”

In Emerald Coast Theatre Company’s version of “A Christmas Carol” three actors play multiple parts as they bring to reality the tale of the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge and his night with three ghosts. The cast members of this exceptional performance are Darla Briganti, Laura Holloway and Allen Walker; all three of these performances have been in multiple plays and have a lot of experience. This will make for one amazing show.

Performances will be held Dec. 9th-24th at 7:30 p.m. There will also be shows at 2pm on Dec. 11th, 17th, and 24th.  All 2016/2017 performances will be held upstairs of 560 Grand Boulevard. Entrance and elevator access located on the Highway 98 side of the building. Purchase tickets online here.

The Theatre is a not-for-profit yet professional theater company located in Miramar Beach and was founded in 2012 by Nathanael Fisher, MFA, and his wife, Anna Fisher.

The company’s expectations are to enrich and entertain the Emerald Coast community through educational theater. They offer educational outreach programs for children and acting workshops and classes for adults.
