One of our most favorite Fall events is the annual Northwest Florida Fair held every year around September 29-October 4th.

The beautiful Emerald Coast and the stunning white sand beaches on which the Sea Oats Motel, the original vacation destination on the gulf, are made all the better by the gorgeous, crystal clear skies, mild temperatures and low humidity of Fall, and not to mention, the uncrowded attractions and low, off season rates.

Paul Bunyun Lumberjack Show! This action-packed Lumberjack Show features log rolling, log rolling dogs, chopping, sawing, axe throwing, dragster chainsaw, tree climbing. All with World Champion Lumberjacks, and much, much more!

The Urias Family Globe of Death features 3 motorcycles zooming around in a 16 foot steel sphere while a daring young lady stands inside! The Urias family also offers Aerial Acts, Hand Balancing and much more!

A petting zoo featuring goats, pigs, sheep, miniature horses, donkeys, lemurs, wallaby, and more!

Fine Arts Show- For 31 years, ADSO’s Northwest Florida Fair Fine Arts Show has been held in conjunction with and sponsored by the Fair. The Fine Arts Show at the fair has been an ideal place for both established and aspiring artists to showcase their works.  The 27th Fine Arts Show in 2010 was the largest ever, with a total of 357 artworks entered.

The Northwest Florida Fair attracts more than 25,000 people from Okaloosa County and surrounding counties, offering a taste of the region and gives visitors the unique opportunity to see a wide collection of local vendors, products and goods found only in the area.
